Don is the driving force responsible for the conception of DW Lusk Contracting, LLC beginning with DW Lusk Concrete Works in 1996. It is his vision and standards for excellence that has molded the DW Lusk Team into such a highly respected entity. Don now carries to his credit over 35 years experience in the construction industry having began in concrete then moving up the ranks of supervisory titles to his current position as Managing Member/Director of Operations. Mr. Lusk earned his enviable reputation and the respect of his peers by setting the standard of superior service where Client Satisfaction and Quality Construction are the paramount goal.

Don Lusk Jr. – General Manager

Don developed his first hand understanding of every level of construction starting in 1991 as Laborer, then Equipment Operator to Foreman to Superintendent and on to become General Manager of DW Lusk Contracting, LLC. As General Manager, Don works directly with Owners and Architect/Engineers proficiently handling all aspects of the pre-construction process and project construction through to the final close-out. Proficient schedule and budget management coupled with a dedication to high quality, produces a cost effective, on-time, premium end product that meets or exceeds the customer's expectations.

Celeste Ball - Office Manager

Celeste may be new to the construction office management but she is up to the challenge. She has over 12 years of bookkeeping experience. She is responsible for all aspects of our administrative department to include payables, receivables, human resources, payroll, contracts, job-tracking and communications liaison between all entities of each project. Celeste greets each task with a cheerful attitude and expertise and willingly gives her personal attention and best to every circumstance.

Gary Lusk - Data & Software Management

Gary is responsible for our Internal Computer Network Management and Information Technology. He brings to the DW Lusk Team a state of the art advantage that guarantees the smooth transfer of pertinent project information to all departments, including any remote job-site. Project changes are implemented quickly and efficiently keeping DW Lusk Contracting, LLC fine tuned and ready to respond. Some of those software tools include, but are not limited to: AutoCad 2004, Adobe Professional 8, Primavera Contractor, Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Project, Quick Books, AIA Contract Documents, and AGC Contract Documents.

Casey Lusk – Project Superintendent

Casey has been with the DW Lusk Team since 2001 with over ten years of construction industry experience and now serving as Project Superintendent. This pivotal position as liaison between the office and the field holds great responsibility in the supervision of employee performance, scheduling of each project phase and coordination of all in-house jobsite operations. Casey confidently handles this position with the same inherent pursuit of quality and expert skill that lends to a timely completion and to the customer’s utmost satisfaction while helping employees reach their personal and professional goals. Brian Rollins – Safety Coordinator

Brian maintains the same principals of personalized attention in the field that our Customers receive in the office. His responsibilities include the structuring of Company Safety Guidelines that are in compliance to all Federal and State regulations then implementing these policies through new-hire safety training, on-the-job training for field employees and supervisors, weekly tail-gate meetings and Company Safety Incentive Programs designed to promote a dynamic environment of team work.
